公司黨(dang)委結合企(qi)(qi)業(ye)實(shi)際,突(tu)出企(qi)(qi)業(ye)特色,堅(jian)持全(quan)心(xin)全(quan)意依靠工(gong)人階級,體(ti)現企(qi)(qi)業(ye)職(zhi)工(gong)群眾(zhong)主(zhu)人翁(weng)地位,鞏固黨(dang)執(zhi)政(zheng)的階級基(ji)礎。堅(jian)持以人為本增強凝聚(ju)力(li),積(ji)極推進(jin)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)民主(zhu)管理(li),有效促(cu)進(jin)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)和(he)諧穩(wen)定發展。
一是(shi)建立職(zhi)(zhi)工意(yi)見反饋和(he)征(zheng)求機制(zhi)。開(kai)設(she)“3315反饋熱線”,懸掛(gua)“征(zheng)求意(yi)見箱”,組(zu)織座談(tan)(tan)會和(he)建立“六個必談(tan)(tan)項”等做法,收(shou)集意(yi)見建議。積極督(du)促企業(ye)履行責任,尊重和(he)維護(hu)職(zhi)(zhi)工的合法權(quan)益。強化以(yi)人民為中心的理(li)念,凡涉(she)及職(zhi)(zhi)工工資(zi)、報酬等切(qie)身利益,公司黨委、工會都主(zhu)動參與,提前介入,摸清情(qing)況,提出建議,并督(du)促管理(li)層落實到位(wei)。


二是建(jian)立以活(huo)(huo)(huo)動促黨建(jian)以黨建(jian)助發展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)模式。通(tong)過開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)形式多樣的(de)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動,展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)示文化引領(ling),增(zeng)強員工(gong)自信心。如舉辦“喜(xi)迎黨的(de)二十(shi)大”職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)歌詠比(bi)(bi)賽(sai)(sai)、慶祝新中國成立73年(nian)“微黨課”比(bi)(bi)賽(sai)(sai)、“東南好工(gong)匠˙職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)五小(xiao)成果展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)示”“職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)技能競賽(sai)(sai)”“征文比(bi)(bi)賽(sai)(sai)”“植(zhi)樹”“123456黨建(jian)共建(jian)”等活(huo)(huo)(huo)動。在豐富職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)業(ye)余生活(huo)(huo)(huo)的(de)同時,不斷增(zeng)強職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)的(de)主(zhu)人翁意識,實(shi)現黨組(zu)織、企業(ye)、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)共同發展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。

三是(shi)建(jian)立(li)全方位關(guan)(guan)心關(guan)(guan)愛職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)體系(xi)。公(gong)司黨委關(guan)(guan)心關(guan)(guan)愛職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),把(ba)黨建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作與企(qi)業“以人為(wei)本”的經營理念相結合,督促公(gong)司行政、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會做好(hao)暖人心穩人心工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,努力(li)增強員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的歸屬(shu)(shu)感與認同(tong)感。公(gong)司為(wei)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)辦理“五險一(yi)金”,為(wei)40歲以上員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)每年提(ti)供(gong)健康體檢,制定《員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)急難互助作業辦法》《職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)溫暖工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程》,堅持(chi)在職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)住院時探望、親屬(shu)(shu)喪事時慰(wei)問、員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)退休時慰(wei)問、高溫作業中(zhong)慰(wei)問、三節時送溫暖等。建(jian)立(li)黨員(yuan)(yuan)活(huo)動室、職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)書屋、媽媽小(xiao)屋、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會一(yi)角,為(wei)黨員(yuan)(yuan)、職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)提(ti)供(gong)活(huo)動場(chang)所。

四是建(jian)立維護職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)合(he)法權益的(de)長效機(ji)制。在公(gong)(gong)司黨(dang)委的(de)引領下(xia),公(gong)(gong)司召開職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)代表(biao)大會、會員(yuan)代表(biao)大會,審議(yi)《東(dong)南汽車公(gong)(gong)司集(ji)體(ti)合(he)同》《東(dong)南汽車公(gong)(gong)司工(gong)(gong)資(zi)集(ji)體(ti)協(xie)議(yi)》《東(dong)南汽車職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)代表(biao)大會實施細則》《員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)守(shou)則》修訂案(an)等。選(xuan)舉職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)董(dong)事、職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)監事,審議(yi)行政工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)報(bao)告(gao)、工(gong)(gong)會工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)報(bao)告(gao)等。保障(zhang)企(qi)業(ye)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)行使民主管理權利(li),暢通(tong)勞資(zi)溝通(tong)渠道,協(xie)調內部勞動關(guan)系,做(zuo)到企(qi)業(ye)生產經(jing)營、發展方向和職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)有(you)關(guan)問題(ti),共商(shang)、共議(yi)、共決。
